President


As President of Great Escape, Nicholas Donnermeyer is responsible for the distribution of Yale Productions’ film slate, staying involved from development through to completion. He previously served as President of international film sales / production company Bleiberg Entertainment, where he acquired and oversaw more than 100 titles.

Donnermeyer is an executive producer on the crime comedy "The Kill Room" starring Uma Thurman and Samuel L. Jackson; Brittany Snow's directorial debut "Parachute," with Courtney Eaton, Thomas Mann, Dave Bautista and Kid Cudi, which won two awards at SXSW; dark thriller "Cult Killer" starring Alice Eve and Antonio Banderas; WWII-era spy film “Fog of War” with John Cusack; and crime epic “Barron’s Cove” starring Garrett Hudlund and Stephen Lang; His previous credits include “The Iceman” starring Michael Shannon, Winona Ryder and Chris Evans, which premiered at the Venice, Telluride and the Toronto International Film Festivals, and was #1 at the independent box office its opening weekend; and the Liam Neeson thriller "In the Land of Saints and Sinners" directed by Robert Lorenz.

He also executive produced “McCanick,” a gritty cop thriller starring David Morse and Cory Monteith that premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival; Venice Film Festival-selection “The Cousin” from writer/director Tzahi Grad; the Zoe Bell/Nacho Vigalondo-led suspense thriller “Camino,” which premiered at Fantastic Fest; SXSW horror "Dance of the Dead" from Sam Raimi's Ghost House; true story comedy "Ingenious" with Jeremy Renner for Lionsgate; genre-twister “Hunter’s Moon” with Thomas Jane, also for Lionsgate; Oldenburg Audience Award & Best First Film winner “In Full Bloom”; and a series of Scott Adkins action films, including the critically-acclaimed “Avengement,” for Samuel Goldwyn Films.
